Specifications

The function of a diaphragm seal is to prevent the fluid from coming into direct contact with the instrument. This prevents the instrument from being damaged by obstruction or erosion caused by corrosive, dirty, viscous, or crystallizing fluids or gases.
The DS190 diaphragm type is a combination of upper and lower flanges and can be equipped with diaphragm of various materials. If a stainless steel diaphragm is used, the upper and lower flanges can be disassembled for cleaning, or the lower flange can be equipped with a flushing port, without affecting the diaphragm structure.
